内锁针治疗股骨干骨折的临床研究

目的探讨自锁髓内针和带锁髓内针治疗股骨干骨折的临床疗效。方法选择本院收治的股骨干骨折患者80例，随机分成实验组和对照组；实验组采用自锁髓内针固定，对照组采用带锁髓内针固定，分别对两组患者治疗前后髋关节功能进行评分。结果实验组患者手术时间（58．3±39．4）min vs．（97．4±32．2）min]、临床愈合时间（70．4±11．5）dVS．（91．2±11.3）d]以及住院时间（14．4±6．6）d vs．（19．5±7．8）d]明显少于对照组（P〈0．05）；两组患者治疗后髋关节评分、疗效评价结果以及并发症的发生情况差异无显著性（P〉0．05）。结论自锁髓内针与带锁髓内针在治疗股骨干骨折中均可达到较好的疗效，但自锁髓内针比带锁髓内针手术操作简单、手术时间短、骨折愈合快，值得在临床治疗股骨干骨折工作中开展应用。

Clinical research of the femoral shaft fractures treated with self-locking intramedullary nail

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of self-locking intramedullary nail treatment on femoral shaft fracture. Methods Retrospectively analyzed 80 femoral shaft fracture patient from our hospital; randomly divided them into experimental group and control group; experimental group were fixed with self-locking intramedullary nail, while the control group were fixed with intramedullary nail. Scored both groups＇ hip function score before and after treatment. Results The surgery time, healing time, and hospital stay time of the experimental group were significantly less than that of the control group （ P〈 0.05 ）. There were no significant differences between these two groups in hip function score, clinical efficacy, and complication incidence （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Both self-locking- and intramedullary nail have good curative effect on femoral shaft fracture. In contrast to intramedullary nail, selflocking intramedullary nail has simpler operation, less operation time, faster fracture healing, which is worth to apply on the clinical treatment of femoral shaft fracture.
