急性心肌梗死老年患者临床分析

目的 探讨老年急性心肌梗死患者临床处理方法与并发症处理原则.方法 回顾性分析我院住院急性心肌梗死患者,老年组52例,均为60岁以上老年患者,对照组52例,为同期住院非老年患者.分析两组患者临床资料及并发症并存病情况,对比分析两组患者患者急性心梗临床疗效.结果 老年组有效率、无效率和病死率分别为73.1％、17.3％和9.6％,有效率低于对照组的86.5％,病死率显著高于对照组,有效率高于对照组的14.1％,(P＜0.05).两组患者并发症和伴发病的构成比及患病率亦具差异有显著性(P＜0.05).结论 积极谨慎防治老年急性心肌梗塞患者并发症具有重要临床意义.

Clinical analysis of acute myocardial infarction in elderly patients

Objective To investigate the clinical management of elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction complications of treatment methods and principles. Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital with acute myocardial infarction, age group 52 cases were elderly patients over the age of 60, the control group, 52 cases of non-elderly patients hospitalized for the same period. Analysis of clinical data and complications of two groups of co-existence of disease conditions, comparative analysis of two groups of patients with acute myocardial infarction in patients with clinical efficacy. Results The age group was effective, efficient, and mortality were 73.1%, 17.3% and 9.6%, significantly less efficient than the control group, 86.5%, significantly higher mortality, higher than the 14.1% efficient, were significant statistical difference. Two groups patients with complications and the incidence and prevalence than the composition is also a significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion positive control with caution in patients with complications of acute myocardial infarction has important clinical significance.
