摘 要: | 目的:探讨针灸治疗不完全性截瘫对bFGF阳性表达的影响及其对脊髓损伤修复的意义。方法:采用不完全性截瘫兔模型,于伤后6 h、7 d、15 d取损伤脊髓组织3 mm长,用免疫组织化学S-P法染色,并用美国产Optimas6.51彩色图象分析系统进行图像分析。结果:造模后,bFGF表达主要在脊髓白质部位,并于第7 d开始针灸组脊髓白质灰质阳性颗粒表达明显下降,出现低谷,而模型组明显上升,第15 d均稍有恢复。结论:针灸作用于截瘫早期脊髓损伤的机理为对内源性bFGF的抑制,7 d时明显降低BFGF合成释放,达到抗瘢痕形成,抗粘连作用,从而减轻继发性损害有关,为脊髓功能恢复提供了有利条件。

Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the effects of acupuncture on immunohistochemical expression of bFGF(basic fibroblast growth factor) in rabbits with incomplete paraplegia due to spinal cord injury,and explore the possible therapeutic mechanism of acupuncture for incomplete paraplegia. Methods:Seventy rabbits were randomly divided into non-spinal cord injury group,injury group and acupuncture treatment group.A 3mm-long tissue in injuried spinal cord was taken at 6th hour,7th day,15th day after injury,and the expressions of bFGF were detected by immunohistochemical SP staining method.American-Optimas 6.51 color image analysis system was used for image analysis. Results:After modeling,bFGF expressions were mainly observed in the white matter of spinal cord.The expression of positive granules was decreased significantly in white and gray matter of spinal cord since the 7th day in acupuncture group,which were significantly increased in model group. Conclusions:The results indicated that the therapeutic mechanism of acupuncture in early paraplegic spinal cord injury may partly due to inhibition of synthesize and release of endogenous bFGF,which plays an important role in adhesion and scar formation. |
