| 摘 要： | 目的观察美保口服液的抗氧化和抗疲劳作用。方法选用ICR小鼠,用黄嘌吟氧化酶法测定血清SOD;硫代巴比妥酸比色法测定肝、脑组织中MDA含量;以及小鼠爬杆和游泳时间。结果美保口服液能使小鼠血清SOD活性明显上升;肝脑组织中LPO含量明显降低;延长小鼠爬杆和游泳时间。结论美保口服液具有明显的抗氧化及抗疲劳作用,从而发挥具保健美容作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effects of Meibao oral solution on antioxidation and resisting fatigue in mice.Methods In experimention the mice of ICR were adopted,determined superoxide dismutase of serum by xanthinoxidase method and malondialdehyde of liver and brain tissues by thio-barbituric acid colorimetric method in mice.Results The results indicated that Meibao oral solution could increase the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD)in serum and decrease the content of lipid peroxide(LPO)in liver and brain tissues and lengthen time of climbing stick and swimming.Conclusion Meibao oral solution has obviously antioxidation and resisting fatigue. |
