摘 要: | 目的探讨完全钙化型脑膜瘤的CT与MRI特征及病理学表现,以提高对其诊断准确性。方法搜集经手术病理证实的完全钙化型脑膜瘤患者资料8例,男3例,女5例,年龄51~78岁(平均56岁)。行CT检查者8例,增强扫描2例;行MRI检查者7例,均行平扫加增强扫描;同时行MRI与CT检查者7例。结果 8例均完全钙化,均匀性全瘤钙化者5例,厚环状钙化者1例,多发散在点条状钙化者2例。全部均行手术切除,病理结果为纤维型5例,砂粒型3例。CT平扫肿瘤呈高密度为主的混杂密度团块状钙化,骨窗上密度不均,增强扫描高密度区无强化。2例周围见低密度的水肿区。MRIT1WI呈明显低信号、稍低信号或等信号,T2WI呈低信号、等信号或稍高信号;增强扫描肿瘤明显不均匀强化,低信号区亦有强化,可见"脑膜尾征"者4例。结论 CT与MRI结合能更全面观察(显示)完全钙化型脑膜瘤的特征,对提高诊断的正确性有重要意义。

Abstract: | Objective To present CT,MRI and pathological findings of calcified meningioma,so as to improve the diagnosis.Methods CT and MRI characteristic of 8 patients(3 males and 5 females,51 to 78 years old with the mean age of 56 years) with calcified meningioma proved by pathology were analyzed.eight patients underwent CT examination(two underwent enhanced scan),and 7 patients underwent MRI scan.Seven patients were examined by both CT and MRI.Results Among 8 calcified meningioma,5 cases showed calcification involved whole tumor,1 case showed thick circular calcifications,2 cases showed strip-like calcifications.the tumors displayed as hype or iso-dense on CT images.The hyper-dense of the masses showed no enhancement after contrast injection.The masses were significant hypointensity,slight hypointensity or isointeensity signal on T1WI and significant hypointensity,isointensiy signal or slight hypenintensity on T2WI.All the masse enhanced heterogeneously after contrast material injection.four cases showed "dural tail sign".Conclusion Combined imaging findings of CT and MRI can provide more comprehensive information and improve the diagnosis of calcified psammomatous meningioma. |
