颌骨造釉细胞瘤的CT表现与病理对照

目的探讨颌骨造釉细胞瘤的CT表现并与病理对比,以提高颌骨造釉细胞瘤的CT诊断。资料与方法回顾性分析9例经手术病理证实的颌骨造釉细胞瘤的CT表现。结果 9例膨胀性生长,6例合并有齿根吸收或截断。单囊状2例;多囊状或囊实性5例,4例有骨性分隔,骨壳破坏4例,增强后实性部分明显强化;混合软组织肿块影2例,骨壳均破坏,病理结果:2例侵犯牙龈上皮,1例同时侵犯横纹肌。结论颌骨造釉细胞瘤的CT表现具有一定的特征性,其CT表现主要基于其病理组织结构的特点。

Comparative Analysis of CT Festures and Pathologic Characteristics in Ameloblastoma of Jaws

Objective to study the jaws of ameloblastic tumor CT performance and contrast and pathology,in order to improve the jaws of ameloblastic tumor CT diagnosis.Material and methods A retrospectie analysis of operation pathology 9 cases of the jaw bone cell tumor CT performance.Results 9 cases of expansion growth,6 patients with tooth root absorbed or truncated.Single cystic 2 cases).Polycystic form or pouch or solid 5 cases,4 cases have osseous space,bone destruction 4 cases,shell enhanced solid part obviously strengthened;Mixing soft tissue mass shadow 2 cases,bone destruction,shell are pathology results 2 cases of infringement,and 1 case and gum epithelial nonstriated muscle infringement.Conclusion the jaws of ameloblastic tumor CT performance has certain characteristic,its performance based on its main CT pathology organization structure characteristics.
