| 摘 要： | 目的探讨中药复方糖胃康对糖尿病胃轻瘫(DGP)大鼠胃肽能神经的影响。方法将实验大鼠分为正常对照组,模型对照组,糖胃康大、小剂量组,胃复安组,分别灌胃给药4周后处死,取胃窦部组织,测定并分析其肽能神经面积和光密度。结果模型组与正常对照组大鼠比较,血管活性肠肽(VIP)、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)神经面积、光密度均有显著降低(P<0.01),糖胃康大、小剂量组与模型组比较,VIP、CGRP神经面积及光密度均有明显上升(P<0.01或 P<0.05),而胃复安组相应指标均无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论中药糖胃康可显著改善 DGP 大鼠的胃肽能神经病变。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of Tangweikang(TWK,a TCM compound) in treating gastric peptidergic nerve of diabetic gastroparesis(DPG).Methods Experimental rats were divided into normal,model,large dosage of TWK,small dosage of TWK,and Weifu'an (WFA)group.Rats were sacrificed 4 weeks after gastrogavage.Tissues in gastric antrum were taken out to determine and analyze the area and optical density of peptidergic nerve.Results Vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP),nerve area of calcitonin gene related peptide (CGRP)and optical density (OD)all significantly reduced in the model group when compared with those in the normal control group(P<0.01).VIP,nerve area of CGRP and OD were obviously enhanced in large and small dosage TWK when compared with those in the model group (P<0.01 or P <0.05).However,there was no obvious change in WFA group.Conclusion TWK could significantly improve gastric peptidergic nerve in DPG rats. |
