| 摘 要： | 目的:研究冠心病患者胰岛素抵抗与肌钙蛋白I的关系。方法:用发光免疫法测定空腹胰岛素(FINS)及肌钙蛋白I(TnI),用1/(FINS×FPG)的自然对数作为胰岛素敏感指数(ISI),对ISI与TnI进行相关分析。结果:不稳定型心绞痛组及稳定型心绞痛组的ISI明显低于健康对照组,不稳定型心绞痛组的TnI明显高于其余两组,不稳定型心绞痛组的ISI与TnI呈负相关关系。结论:胰岛素抵抗与心肌损害存在一定内在联系。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the relationship between insulin resistance and Troponin I (TnI) in coronary artery atherosclerosis. Methods: The level of fasting plasma insulin and TnI were determined by means of paramagnetic particle, chemiluminescent immunoassay. Insulin-sensitive index(ISI)was defined by the natural logarithmic value of the reverse of fasting serum glucose and insulin product, correlations between ISI and TnI was obtained by using linear regression analysis. Results:ISI in stable angina pectoris group and unstable angina pectoris group were lower than health group. TnI in UAP group was higher than other groups.There was a negative linear correlation of ISI and TnI in UAP group.Conclusion:There may be certain inner association between insulin resistance and the myocardial injury in unstable angina pectoris. |
