| 摘 要： | 目的探讨骨斑点症临床影像特征。方法回顾性分析经证实的8例骨斑点症患者临床及影像学资料,并结合文献复习。结果骨斑点症影像学表现为骨内多发边缘清晰、密度均匀的小圆形或卵圆形的致密结节,4例患者有症状,4例患者无临床症状。结论骨斑点症影像学表现典型,影像学检查正确诊断该病有一定的临床价值。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the imaging characteristics of osteopoikilosis.Methods 8 case s of osteopoikilosis verified by clinic and radiology were retrospectively analysed with correlative literature review.Results 4 patients had clinic symptoms but the others had not.Imaging findings were multiple asymptomatic round or oval dense nodulus within bone with well-defined margins.Conclusion The imaging features of osteopoikilosis are typical.The imaging examination in accurate diagnosing this disease is of certain value. |
