| 摘 要： | 目的观察沙利度胺（Thalidomide,国内商品名：反应停）联合地塞米松治疗多发性骨髓瘤（Multiplemyeloma,MM）的疗效及副作用。方法对18例多发性骨髓瘤患者进行沙利度胺联合地塞米松治疗,沙利度胺治疗起始量为100 mg/d,根据患者耐受情况逐渐加量,每周增加100 mg/d,直到400 mg/d维持治疗,地塞米松15 mg/d,每月治疗1-4天。结果18例MM部分缓解5例,好转10例,无效3例,均出现不同程度的便秘,嗜睡等副作用,均可耐受,无不能耐受的毒副作用。结论沙利度胺联合地塞米松治疗多发性骨髓瘤疗效明显,副作用小,耐受性好,给药方便。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of thalidomide combined with dexamethasone in treatment of multiple myeloma （MM）. Methods According to the tolerance of patients, the dose of thalidomide was gradually increased form 100mg/d to 400mg/d. Dexamethasone was given for 15mg/d, 1-4 days once a month. Results 5 of 18 cases with MM partially released, 10 cases improved, and 3 cases was ineffective. The total effective rate was 83.3% （15/18）. There were no side effects not to he tolerated. Conclusion Combination of the thalidomide with dexamethasone on treatment of multiple myeloma shows obvious effects. |
