人附睾蛋白4在卵巢癌患者手术前后的变化及其对复发的监测价值

目的 分析人附睾蛋白4(HE4)在卵巢癌患者手术前后的水平变化及其对复发的监测价值.方法 选取80例卵巢癌患者作为观察组,另选取80例同期体检健康的女性作为对照组,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)分别对两组的血清进行HE4检测,比较两组HE4水平变化,分析HE4对卵巢癌患者术后复发的监测价值.结果 观察组术前及术后1 d、术后1周、术后1个月的HE4水平明显高于对照组,观察组治疗后的HE4水平明显低于治疗前水平(P<0.05);观察组62例患者术前HE4呈阳性,检测灵敏度为81.25％,特异度为33.33％;患者病理分级越低,HE4阳性率越高.结论 HE4对检测卵巢癌具有较高的特异性和敏感性,临床诊断效果显著,值得推广应用,同时HE4还可作为预测卵巢癌患者术后复发的有效评价指标.

The value of the monitoring the changes of human epididymis protein 4 in patients with ovarian cancer before and after operation

Objective Analysis of human epididymis protein 4 (HE4) levels in patients with ovarian cancer before and after operation and the influence of which to the recurrence monitoring. Methods 80 cases of ovarian cancer patients were selected as the research object in the experimental group while 80 cases of the same period health examination women were as the control group.By enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) serum HE4 of the two groups were detected and compared.The value of analysis the change of the level of the two groups of HE4 for monitoring ovarian cancer recurrence were analyzed. Results The level of HE4 in the experimental group,one day,one weeks and one month after operation was significantly higher than that in the control group.The level of HE4 in the experimental group was significantly lower than that before treatment (P<0.05).experimental group before 62 cases of HE4 in patients were positive,the detection sensitivity was 81.25 % and the specificity was 33.33 %.patients with pathologic stage is low,human epididymis protein 4 was positive rate is high. Conclusions HE4,with high specificity and sensitivity for detection of ovarian cancer,which is significant for the clinical diagnosis effect,is worth promoting the application.Meanwhile,HE4 can be used as an effective evaluation index for predicting the recurrence of ovarian cancer patients.
