C—kit受体和CD34在急性髓系白血病中的表达与化疗疗效关系

目的：探讨ｃ－ｋｉｔ受体、ＣＤ３４的表现与化疗疗效的关系。方法：应用流式细胞仪，测定１０例正常人和８７例急性髓细胞白血病骨髓ｃ－ｋｉｔ受体和ＣＤ３４的表达。结果：正常人骨髓ｃ－ｋｉｔ受体和ＣＤ３４表达率分别为０．５％和１．７％。以〉２０％细胞表达为阳性，患者ｃ－ｋｉｔ受体和ＣＤ３４阳性率分别为５２％和３７％。结论：ｃ－ｋｉｔ受体和ＣＤ３４阳性病例缓解率较低，差异有显著性（Ｐ〈０．０１），ｃ－ｋｉｔ

Study on Expression of C-kit Receptor and CD_(34) in Acute Myeloid Leukemia and Their Correlation with Chemotherapeutic Effect

Using flow cytometry, expressions of c-kit receptor and CD34 of bone marrow cells in 10 normal subjects and 87 patients with acute myeloid leukemias have been determined and correlation between expressions and chemotherapeutic effect were studied. The results show that expressing rate of c-kit and CD34 normal subjects marrow cells was 0. 5 %, 1. 7 % respectively. According to standard that expression of more than 20% cells is positive,positive rate of c-kit receptor and CD34 in AML was 52%. 37% respectively. the rate of complete remission in c-kit receptor and CD34 positive group was lower than that of negative group,the difference was significant (P<0.01 ). There was the worst chemotherapeutic effect in coexpressions of c-kit receptor and CD34 (P<0.005).
