某聚氨酯材料厂职业病危害因素调查

目的了解聚氨酯材料生产过程中存在的职业病危害因素及危害程度,提出职业病防治的重点。方法对某建厂刚1年的聚氨酯材料厂进行职业卫生学调查、检测及定量分级。结果各岗位(检测点)毒物、粉尘和噪声的浓度(强度)均符合国家职业卫生标准。工人健康检查结果表明,目前尚无职业病危害因素引起的异常反应和体征。结论虽然作业场所职业危害因素,均未超标,且工人体检结果亦无阳性发现,但该厂生产中使用的化学原料较多,还应注意加强对毒物的防护和职业卫生管理工作,防止发生职业危害事故。

Investigation of the Hazardous Factors of Occupational Diseases in a Polyurethane Material Factory

[Objective]To learn the level of the occupational hazardous factors in the producing process of polyurethane materials. [Methods]Occupational hygienic investigation, detection and quantification classification were carried out on a newly-established polyurethane materials factory.[Results]The density of the toxicants, dust and noise in all the detection spots accorded with the national standards; the physical examination for the workers didn't manifest any abnormal response and physical signs. [Conclusion]Despite the satisfactory result of the detection, this factory uses much chemical materials; therefore, occupational protection and hygienic management should be strengthened in order to prevent occupational accidents.
