关于芍药质量标准的制定

摘    要:目的:芍药Paeonia lactiflora Pall.的根既作中药赤芍,又作白芍用,但主治病症有很大区别,本研究在探索这种区别科学性的基础上和确定芍药苷含量的可行标准。方法:直接从主要产区取样,用RAPD技术分析DNA多态性特征,用显微计数淀粉粒和草酸钙结晶的数量,用HPLC法测定芍药苷含量。结果:DNA和红外光谱指纹图谱可以区别野生和栽培,观赏栽培和药用栽培的芍药。赤芍中芍药苷含量不得低于3.5%;白芍中芍药苷的含量改为幅度限制,应在0.8%~3.5%之间,以区别于赤芍,证明中医临床将同一物种芍药区分为赤、白使用是科学的。结论:野生变家种并非是解决赤芍资源走向枯竭的正确途径;为完整准确地表达赤、白芍的来源,建议白芍定义为药用栽培芍药Paeonia lactiflora Pall.CV.Baishao经去皮、水煮等方法加工干燥的根,药材的拉丁名建议为Radix Paeoniae Lactiflorae Alba,因为同属其它种即使栽培也不作白芍用;赤芍定义为野生芍药Paeonia lactiflora Pall.var.lactiflora的干燥根,采用新的药材拉丁名Radix Paeoniae Lactiflorae Fera,因为赤芍并非赤色,其本质是野生来源;观赏芍药不能作白芍和赤芍,拉丁名亦应标明观赏Paeo-nia lactiflora Pall.CV.Ornata。

Abstract:Objective: The root of Paeonia Lactiflora Pall is used as either Radix Paeoniae Rubra or Radix Paeoniae Alb in traditional Chinese medicine, nevertheless, they are greatly different in dealing with illnesses. In this article the study is aimed to probe the scientificness of such difference and define the feasible standards of the content of paeoniflorin. Method: Samples are taken directly from the regions of their production. The characteristics of their DNA polymorphisim are analyzed with RAPD technology, their amylum body and the number of crystals of their calcium oxalate are counted under microscope and the content of paeoniflorin is tested by HPLC method. Result: Wildly - growing and artificially -cultivatied Paeonia Lactiflora Pall as well as ornamental varieties and medicinal ones of it can be devided with their DNA and infra - red spectrum fingerprint. As for the Radix Paeoniae Rubra the content of paeoniflorin cannot be below 3. 5% 88 World Science and Technology/ Modernization of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Materia Medica]and as for Radix Paeoniae Alb the content of paeoniflorin is Changed into amplitude control, i. e., it should be 0. 8%-3. 5% in order to distinguish it from the former. The study has proved that it is a scientific way to devide the same species Paeonia Lactiflora Pall into Radix Paeoniae Rubra and Radix Paeoniae Alb in TCM clinic treatment. Conclusion: To change the wildly - growing Radix Paeonia Rubra into the artificially - cultivatied is not the correct approach to the resolution of the problem that resources of this plant are heading for their exhaustion. To express the origin of Radix Paeoniae Rubra and Radix Paeoniae Alb completely and accurately, it is suggested that Radix Paeoniae Alb could be difined as the root of artificially - cultivated Paeonea Lactiflora Pall. CV. Baishao used as a medicinal material, which is prepared by the methods of being peeled and boiled in water, and its Latin name could be Radix Paeoniae Lactiflorae Alba since the other variety of its species would not be used as Radix Paeoniae Alb even if artificially - cultivated, that Radix Paeoniae Rubra could be defined as the dried root of wildly - growing Paeoniae Lactiflera Pall var Lactiflora and its new latin name be Radix Paeoniae Lactiflorae Fera Since the colour of it is not red and it grows wildly in substance, and that ornamental Paeoniae Lactiflora Pall could not be considered as either Radix Paeoniae Alba or Radix Paeoniae Rubra and its Latin name could be labeled as Paeoniae Lactiflora Pall, CV. Ornata.
