射频汽化仪在关节镜下治疗半月板损伤的应用

目的：探讨射频汽化仪在关节镜下治疗半月板损伤的操作方法及疗效。方法：2000年3月-2007年9月在关节镜下使用ArthroCare2000射频汽化仪对本科室78例半月板损伤的患者进行治疗，术后随访，收集其资料进行分析。结果：术后随访6～24月，平均（12±1．8）月，共随访到72例患者。其中疗效优40例，良25例，可7例，差0例，优良率90.3％（65／72），术前术后膝关节功能Lyshohn评分为（36．5±5．7）vs（82．6±8．3）分（P〈0．05）：结论：射频汽化仪对半月板损伤的治疗精确简便，术后反应小，可收到良好疗效，利于患者早期康复。

Treatment of Meniscal Injury Using Arthrocare Radiofrequency under Arthroscopy

Objective： To explore the surgical techniques and treatment results with anthroscopic ArthroCare radiofrequency in meniscal injury. Methods： Between March 2000 and September 2007, arthroseopic surgery was performed in 78 cases of meniseal lesions by using Arthrocare 2000 system. Follow-up data of these patients were collected and analyzed. Results： A total of 72 patients were followed up for a mean of 12 months （range 6-24; SD 1.8）. The outcome was excellent in 40 cases, good in 25, fair in 7 and none of patients were with poor results （rate of excellent/good results = 90.3%, 65/72）. The Lysholm score was 36.5±5.7 preoperatively vs 82.6±8.3 after surgery （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Arthroscopie treatment of meniseal injury with ArthroCare radiofrequency may offer a number of advantages in terms of treatment precision, less operative morbidity, better results and early rehabilitation.
