直肠癌术中肠腔灌注化疗与腹腔化疗的比较研究

目的探讨直肠癌术中肠腔灌注化疗与腹腔化疗的临床价值并进行比较。方法将65例直肠癌手术患者随机分为两组，第一组采用术中肠腔灌注化疗，第二组采用腹腔化疗，两组患者均行直肠癌根治术并术后化疗。观察两组病人术后恢复情况、肝转移及随访分析。结果两组患者术后恢复情况无明显差别，两组肝转移情况无明显差别，第一组DukesC期患者5年生存率高于第二组。结论两种术中化疗方法均是直肠癌有效的辅助化疗，DukesC期患者进行肠腔灌注化疗疗效可能优于腹腔化疗。

Comparasion bewteen intestinal lumen infusion chemotherapy and intraperitoneal chemotherapy in rectal cancer

Objective To investigate and compare the clinical value of intestinal lumen infusion chemotherapy and intraperitoneal chemotherapy during the operation for rectal cancer. Methods Totally 65 patients with rectal cancer were randomly divided into two groups ： the first group treated by intestinal lumen infusion chemotherapy while the second group treated by intraperitoneal chemotherapy. All patients were received chemotherapy after radical operation for rectal cancer. Postoperative recovery, liver metastasis and follow-up analysis were ob- served. Results There was no significant difference in postoperative recovery and liver metastasis between two groups. The 5-year survival rate of patients at Dukes C stage in the first group was higher than that in the second group. Conclusion The two intraoperative chemotherapies are effective for rectal cancer. Intestinal lumen infusion chemotherapy may be superior to intraperitoneal chemotherapy for patients at Dukes C stage.
