手术室优质护理服务模式临床探索与实践

目的：探索手术室护理工作新模式，实现患者满意、家属满意、医护配合好（手术医生满意、麻醉医生满意），体现护士价值。方法：采用建立健全护理工作规章制度、加强护理培训、护士分层管理、探索排班模式、建立完善绩效考核制度、改善手术室护理服务等方法。结果：手术室护理质量、护士综合素质有明显提升，手术患者、手术医生、手术室护士满意度明显提高。结论：开展优质护理服务，能够有效提升手术室护士综合素质和能力，提高手术室护理质量，实现了手术患者满意、手术医师满意、手术室护士满意的优质护理服务目标。该模式对手术室开展优质护理工作具有指导价值。

Clinical Exploration and Practice of High Quality Nursing Service Mode in Operation Room

Objective： To explore a new model of nursing in operation room, to realize the satisfaction of patients and their family, to cooperate nurse with operation doctor and anesthesiologists, and to reflect the value of the nurse.Method： Established and improved rules and regulations, strengthened the training of nursing care, nurse grading management, explored the scheduling model, established and improved the performance appraisal system, and improved the methods of nursing service in operation room.Result： The nursing comprehensive quality was substantially higher.And the satisfaction of patients, doctor and nurse were improved significantly.Conclusion： Carrying out high-quality care can effectively improve the comprehensive quality and ability of nurses in the operation room.It also can improve nursing quality, achieve high quality nursing service goals of the surgery patient satisfaction and physician satisfaction, operation room nurses satisfied.In a word, this model is useful to carry out high nursing quality in operation room.
