| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨癫痫与血清尿酸（serum uric acid，SUA）的代谢异常的关系。方法：采用比色法测定70例癫痫和70例正常成人SUA的水平。结果：癫痫组的SUA水平为（399.37±129.23）μmol/L，明显高于正常组的（316.56±66.84）μmol/L，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；癫痫按病因分类后，其SUA水平比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：癫痫患者存在尿酸代谢异常。 |

| Abstract: | Objective：To explore the abnormal metabolism of uric acid in patients with epilepsy. Method：The serum levels of uric acid was determined by colorimetry in 70 patients with epilepsy as the trials group and 70 healthy as the normal controls group. Result：The serum uric acid concentrations in the trials group was（399.37±129.23）μmol/L,and it was significantly higher compared to those in the normal control group（316.56±66.84）μmol/L,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;there was no significant in uric acid levels between three groups according to the pathogeny of epilepsy （P〉0.05）.Conclusion：It is concluded that the higher serum uric acid levels may contribute to the physiopathological course in epilepsy. |
