局部晚期宫颈癌研究进展

宫颈癌是常见的女性恶性肿瘤。在我国,大多数患者初诊时病变多为中晚期,预后很差。近年来,肿瘤学专家在这方面做了大量探索,普遍认为,对中晚期肿瘤的治疗应从原来的单一的以放射治疗为主的治疗转变为以放疗、化疗、手术多种方式联合的综合治疗模式,并取得了令人鼓舞的结果。但目前对术前辅助放疗、新辅助化疗、同步放化疗等治疗手段各有其优势与不足,为了寻找更好的治疗方法,既能提高局部晚期宫颈癌的治愈率,降低其毒副反应,又能提高患者生活质量,现对局部晚期宫颈癌治疗研究现状作一综述。

Progression of Locally Advanced Cervical Cancer

Cervical cancer is the third most common type of cancer in women worldwide.In our country,the prognosis is poor because the patients were locally advanced cancer when they were first diagnosed.In recently years,oncologists have done a lot of researches in this area and have got some encouraging achievements.They believed that the treatment of locally advanced cervical cancer should be change,from the single-based radiotherapy to a comprehensive treatment with chemotherapy,radiation and surgery.However,neoadjuvant chemotherapy,concurrent chemoradiotherapy,preoperative adjuvant radiotherapy have their own advantages and disadvantages.In order to find a better treatment,not only improve the efficacy,but also reduce the side effects,we will do a summary in locally advanced cancer.
