前瞻性管理在重症手足口病护理中的效果分析

目的：探讨前瞻性管理在手足口病护理中的应用效果。方法：选择2010年6月-2011年5月在本科住院的重症手足口患儿100例为对照组，采用常规护理管理；2011年6月-2012年6月在本科治疗的110例重症手足口患儿为观察组，在常规护理基础上采取前瞻性管理，比较两组患儿的治疗效果及家属满意度。结果：观察组患儿抢救成功率为96.4%，对照组为89.0%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组患儿家属满意度为92.0%，对照组为80.0%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：前瞻性管理在手足口病流行期间，提高了护士对手足口病抢救护理的整体水平，可明显提高患儿的抢救成功率，取得很好的治疗效果。

The Effect Analysis on the Application of Forward-looking Management in Nursing Children Patients with Critical Hand-foot-mouth Disease

Objective：To investigate the application effect of forward-looking management in nursing children patients with critical hand-foot-mouth disease. Method：Selected 100 children patients with critical hand-foot-mouth disease from June 2010 to May 2011 were given routine nursing care as the control group. Selected 110 children patients with critical hand-foot-mouth disease from June 2011 to June 2012 were given routine nursing care as the observation group. The control group was treated by routine nursing care. The observation group was applied by forward-looking management. The clinical effect and the satisfaction of family members of the two groups were compared. Result：In the observation group, the successful rescue rate was 96.4%,while that in the control group was only 89%,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The satisfaction of family members of the control group was 80.0%while the observation group was 91.4%after treatment,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：During the outbreak of severe hand-foot-mouth disease,the application of forward-looking management help improve the overall level of nursing and significantly increase the successful rescue rate,a good therapeutic effect is therefore achieved.
