优质护理服务在产房护理管理中的应用

目的：总结分析优质护理服务在产科护理管理中的应用效果。方法：选择2011年6月-2013年2月期间本院产科收治的800例产妇为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为观察组450例与对照组350例，对照组产妇围生期给予常规产科护理，观察组围生期在常规产科护理的基础上给予优质护理服务，比较两组护理安全、护理效果差异。结果：观察组剖宫产率9.11%、产后出血率4.00%、新生儿窒息率0.89%明显低于对照组，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。观察组各项护理服务满意度均明显高于对照组，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论：产房护理管理中选择优质护理服务能大幅度提高护理管理效果，改善产科护理质量，提升护理工作人员专业水平和业务素质，临床值得推广使用。

The Clinical Application of High Quality Nursing Service in Maternity Nursing Management

Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of high quality nursing service in maternity nursing management. Method：Eight hundred cases of puerpera in the hospital from June 2011 to February 2013 were divided into the control group（350）,treated by routine obstetric care and the observation group（450）,treated by high quality nursing service on the basis of control group. The care safety and care effect of two groups were analyzed. Result：The cesarean section rate,postpartum hemorrhage rate,neonatal asphyxia rate of observation group were 9.11%,4.00%,0.89%,those were significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0.01）. The nursing service satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups were all statistically significant （P〈0.01）.Conclusion：The high quality nursing service in maternity nursing management can greatly improve care management results,the quality of obstetric care,enhance professional standards of nursing staff and professional quality.
