探讨经腹部B超与经阴道B超检查在异位妊娠诊断中的价值

目的：探讨经腹部B超检查和经阴道B超检查在诊断孕妇异位妊娠中的临床价值。方法：选取2011年1月-2013年10月来本院就诊且确诊的异位妊娠患者126例作为研究对象,将其按随机数字表法分为经腹部B超检查组和经阴道B超检查组,每组63例,利用HD7彩色超声诊断仪分别进行腹部B超检查和阴道B超检查,根据B超诊断标准,以确定两种方法的诊断符合率。结果：经腹部B超检查组的诊断符合率为74.61%,经阴道B超检查组为95.24%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;在超声图像的各种指标检出率方面,经阴道B超检查组均明显优于经腹部B超检查组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：与经腹部B超检查相比,经阴道B超检查的优势更为明显：诊断符合率高、快速、简便,更值得在临床上推广。

Investigation of the Abdominal B Ultrasound and Transvaginal B Ultrasound Examination in the Diagnosis of Ectopic Pregnancy

Objective： To investigate abdominal ultrasound B and B transvaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of clinical value of ectopic pregnancy by pregnant women. Method： 126 cases of ectopic pregnancy from January 2011 to October 2013 in our hospital were studied. They were divided into the abdominal B ultrasound group and the transvaginal ultrasound B group according to random number table method, each group had 63 cases, the color doppler ultrasound HD7 B respectively abdominal and vaginal ultrasound B-mode ultrasound were used to determine the two methods of diagnosis compliance rate. Result： The diagnosis rate of the abdominal ultrasound B group was 74.61%, the vaginal ultrasound B group was 95.24%, the difference was statistically significant between the groups（P〈0.05）.In various index detection rate of ultrasound images, the vaginal ultrasound B group were significantly better than the abdominal ultrasound B group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Compared with abdominal B ultrasound, transvaginal ultrasound B＇s advantage is obvious： diagnosis rate is high, fast and simple, more worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
