| 摘 要： | 目的:观察纳洛酮对急性脑出血的疗效.方法:60例脑出血患者随机分为2组,对照组采用脱水等常规对症治疗,纳洛酮组在对照组治疗基础上加用纳洛酮1.2mg静脉滴注,每天2次.2组均治疗15d。观察2组患者治疗后15d、30d神经功能缺损改善情况的差别.结果:纳洛酮组优于对照组(P<0.01).结论:纳洛酮治疗急性期脑出血可明显改善神经功能.

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the efficacy of Naloxone in the treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:60 cases of cerebral hemorrhage patients were randomly divided into two groups,The control group used dehydration and conventional symptomatic treatment,Based on the conventional therapy,the therapeutic group was given naloxone 1.2 mg intravenously,bid.Both groups were treated for 15 days.The differences of the neurologic impairment improvements between the two groups after treated for 15、30 day were observed... |
