新的抑癌基因tslc1研究进展

摘    要:肿瘤抑制基因tslcl的低表达与肿瘤侵袭转移及患者愈后密切相关。研究表明在肺癌、脑膜瘤、食道癌、鼻咽癌、宫颈癌等肿瘤组织中,其表达下降或消失。已经证实非小细胞肺癌细胞株A549内导入tslcl表达载体,能明显抑制肿瘤生长。但关于TSLCl抑癌蛋白作用的分子机制和细胞内外信号传导通路还有待研究。

Abstract:Low expression of tslcl, a tumor suppressor gene, is closely correlated with tumor invasion and prognosis. It has been shown that in a variety of tumors such as lung cancer, meningioma, esophageal carcinoma, nasopharyngeal carcinoma, cervical cancer, the expression of TSLCl is low or lost. Now it has been confirmed that after insertion of tslcl expression vector, the growth of tumor cell A549 was significantly suppressed. But the molecular mechanism of the tumor suppressor protein TSLCl and the cellular and extracellular signal transduction pathways remain unclear.
