甲基莲心碱分子印迹聚合物的制备

摘    要:目的研究甲基莲心碱分子印迹聚合物的制备。方法采用均匀设计,以甲基莲心碱为模板分子,a-甲基丙烯酸(-αMAA)为功能单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯(EDMA)为交联剂,偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)为引发剂,通过热引发聚合,优化甲基莲心碱分子印迹聚合物的制备条件,并通过固相萃取法检验该聚合物对甲基莲心碱的吸附性能。结果当甲基莲心碱用量为0.1 mmol时,最优制备条件为a-甲基丙烯酸和乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯用量分别为0.8 mmol和2.5 mmol,反应温度为50℃。结论用该工艺制备的分子印迹聚合物对甲基莲心碱具有较好的选择性和吸附性。

Abstract:Objective To prepare molecular imprinted polymers(MIPs)of neferine.Methods MIPs of neferine were synthesized by hot-initiated polymerization with neferine as imprinting molecules,a-methacrylic acid(a-MAA) as the functional monomer and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate(EDMA) as the cross-linker.Uniform design was used to optimize the condition.The selectivity of the prepared MIP of neferine was studied by packing it in a solid-phase extraction column.Results The optimum preparation condition was as follows:neferine 0.1 mmol,temperature 50 ℃,a-MAA 0.8 mmol,and EDMA 2.5 mmol.Conclusion The MIP prepared by optimum method exhibits high selectivity and good recognition ability to neferine.
