| 摘 要： | 报告经上颌窦前壁钻孔行鼻窦内窥镜手术３０例，疗效较好。与鼻腔、鼻窦内窥镜手术比较，该术式具有观察方便，出血少，反应轻，操作方便，并发症少，术后复发率低等优点。

| Abstract: | By drilling the front wall of maxiuary sinus,endoscopic sinus surgery was per-formed in 30 cases. Using this method,the focus was easily observed and cleaned,the natural hole was rapidly and reliably reamed with less bleeding and no serious reaction,and the rate of recur-rence was lower. |
