摘    要:目的:观察黑地黄丸对慢性肾衰竭患者肾功能指标的影响。方法:入选160例病例,采用前瞻性、随机、阳性药物平行对照方法进行临床试验,试验结束后观察患者血肌酐(Scr)、血尿素氮(BUN)、内生肌酐清除率(Ccr)等指标变化。结果:试验组治疗后血Scr水平低于治疗前,有统计学意义(P〈0.05),试验组治疗后血Ccr水平高于治疗前,有高度统计学意义(P〈0.01);两组治疗后比较血Scr水平与Ccr水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);两组治疗后对血BUN、CO2-CP影响比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论:黑地黄丸可降低患者Scr、Ccr,对BUN无影响。

Influence of Heidihuang Pill on Renal Index of Patients with Chronic Renal Failure

Abstract:Objective:To observe the influence of Heidihuang Pill on renal index of patients with chronic renal failure. Methods: 160 cases were selected, using the prospective, randomized clinical trials and positive drug parallel contrast method. After the experiment, patients' serum creatinine ( Ser ), bloodurea nitrogen ( BUN ), endogenous creatinine clearance rate ( Ccr ) indicators were observed. Results : The blood level of Scr in experimental group was lower than that before treatment, and there was statistically significant difference ( P〈0.05 ). The blood level of Ccr in the experimental group after treatment was higher than that before treatment, and there was highly statistically significant difference ( P〈0.01 ). Blood levels of Scr and Ccr comparison was statistically significant ( P〈0.05 ). After treatment, the two groups' effects on blood BUN and CO2-CP had no statistically significant difference ( P〉0.05 ). Conclusion : Heidihuang Pill can reduce patients' Scr and Ccr, without any influence on BUN.
