| 摘 要： | 中医认为脾肾虚损是衰老的主要病机，而衰老是一个长期渐进的过程，在脏腑虚衰、阴阳气血失调的过程中产生痰浊、瘀血等病理性代谢产物，而痰浊、瘀血进一步影响脏腑的气化功能，进而加重脏腑虚损。因此以肾虚、脾虚为本，痰浊、瘀血为标，本虚标实是导致衰老的重要原因。

| Abstract: | In TCM theory, the deficiency of kidney and spleen is the main pathogenesis of aging. Aging is a chronic gradual process and pathologic metabolites, such as phlegm and blood stasis, emerge with the deficiency of organs, yin-yang imbalance and qi-blood disorders. Phlegm and blood stasis further affect qi activity, and then aggravate the deficiency of organs. So the deficiency of kidney and spleen is considered to be deficient root. Besides, phlegm and blood stasis are regarded as excessive superficial. Deficient root and excessive superficial are the significant causes of aging. |
