中西医结合治疗小儿过敏性紫癜研究进展

过敏性紫癜是小儿临床常见病,属于祖国医学血证范畴,中医古典医籍中所记载的＂葡萄疫＂＂肌衄＂＂斑毒＂等证,与本病有相似之处。对于本病的治疗,中医、西医各有利弊。运用中西医结合的方法,可取长补短,目前已越来越受到广大学者的重视。现将中西医结合治疗小儿过敏性紫癜的研究情况做如下综述。

Research Summary on Treating Allergic Purpura in Children by Combining TCM and Western Medicine

Allergic purpura which belongs to blood syndromes category in traditional Chinese medicine is mainly in children. There are similarities with ecchynosis, muscle bleeding, spot virus in classical literatures of TCM. For the treatment of this disease, TCM and Western medicine have their own advantages and disadvantages. The integrative medicine approach can learn from each other. The majority of scholars have paid more and more attention to the integrative medicine approach. The following is the summary of research on treating allergic purpura in children by combining TCM and Western medicine.
