畅流方治疗冠心病稳定性心绞痛气虚血瘀证疗效观察

目的：评估中药畅流方治疗冠心病稳定性心绞痛气虚血瘀证的临床疗效。方法：对照组33例采用常规西药治疗（阿司匹林、ACEI类、β-受体阻滞剂、钙离子拮抗剂、他汀类等）,治疗组32例采用常规西药加中药畅流方,治疗期间心绞痛发作给予硝酸甘油舌下含服,疗程为6个月。结果：两者均能改善心绞痛症状及中医证候以及血脂情况,但治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论：畅流方具有益气活血、理气通络之效,对冠心病稳定性心绞痛气虚血瘀证患者疗效显著。

Clinical Research of Changliu Decoction on Treating Stable Angina Pectoris with Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis Type

Objective ： To observe the effect of Changliu Decoction treating stable angina pectoris （ Qi deficiency and blood stasis type ）. Methods ： 65 cases of stable angina pectoris with Qi deficiency and blood stasis type were randomly divided into two groups ： treatment group （ n=32 ） and control group （ n=33 ）. The two groups were given Aspirin, ACEI, β-blockers, Calcium antagonist and Statins.The treatment group was given Changliu Decoction in addition twice a day on basis of treating in routine when angina attacked sublingual nitroglycerin.The two groups were treated for 6 months. The symptom scores of angina and TCM and their effects on blood lipids were observed before and after treatment. Results ： The symptom scores of angina and TCM were reduced after treatment in both treatment group and control group, with more significant reduce in treatment group than in control group, P〈0.001.The blood lipids were improved after treatment in both groups, while the control group had an improving trend in LDL-C, with more significant improvement in treatment group than in control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion： Changliu Decoction is quite effective in treating stable angina pectoris in type of Qi deficiency and blood stasis.
