坐骨神经损伤后脊髓前角运动神经元内神经生长因子的时程变化

摘    要:
以坐骨神经损伤的豚鼠为动物模型,采用免疫细胞化学方法,研究脊髓前角运动细胞神经生长因子(Nervegrowthfactor,NGF)的变化。结果表明,NGF-ir免疫阳性产物见于前角运动核背外侧群(DL)、腹外侧群(VL)、中间群(C)、后背外侧群(RDL),损伤侧NGF免疫反应染色明显深于对照侧,第4d染色达到高峰。提示NGF在坐骨神经损伤后,可能具有营养、保护及促进损伤神经再生作用

Abstract:
The changes of nerve growth factor(NGF) in motor neuron of anterior horn of spinal cord in guinea pigs with nerve injury were studied with immunohistochemical technique. The results showed that NGF-immunoreaction positive stained products were found in dorsolateral ,ventrolateral ,central and rear dorsolateral parts. NGF immunoreaction staining was darker in injured side than in the control side. The staining was darkest on the 4th day. It is indicated that when sciatic nerve was injured ,NGF may nourish the injured nerve and promote its regeneration.
