摘    要:血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)是蛋氨酸代谢的中间产物.升高的Hcy通过多种途径损伤神经系统,引起糖尿病患者神经病变,严重危害患者的生命健康.大量研究显示,随着血浆Hcy浓度的升高,糖尿病患者发生神经病变的危险增加.高Hcy血症是糖尿病周围神经病变的重要危险因素,检测血清Hcy水平对糖尿病神经病变的预防及治疗具有重要的临床意义.

Abstract:Homocysteine is the transmethylation product of the essential sulphur-containing amino acid methionine.High concentrations of homocysteine may cause vascular damage.Elevated levels of plasma homocysteine harm the nervous system through numerous ways.It has been reported that high plasma homo-cysteine levels can increase the risk factor of diabetic neuropathy.Hyperhomocysteinemia is a risk factor of diabetic neurepathy.It is very important to measure the level of homocysteine to prevent and treat diabetic neuropathy.
