| 摘 要： | 探讨脂复康胶囊灌胃给药８Ｗ对饲高脂饲料家兔高脂血症的影响及防治动脉粥样硬化作用。于给药４Ｗ、８Ｗ末测血脂，于８周末取主动脉、心脏测量动脉粥样硬化程度。结果脂复康治疗４Ｗ可显著降低血脂，治疗８Ｗ减轻动脉粥样硬化病变程度。 |

| Abstract: | In order to explore the pharmacological effects of Zhifukang Capsulae of hyperlipoidemia and protective effects of atherosclerosis,the rabbits were orally administrated for 8 weeks.At the end of 4 and 8 weeks,serum lipoidemia was analyzed.At the end of 8 weeks,degree of the atherosclerosis in the arterial and heart walls was measured.The results showed that Zhifukang Capsules could lower the lipoidemia contents in serum and released atherosclerosis in arterial wall. |
