| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨MRI导引下壳核置管注射神经胶质细胞源性神经生长因子(GDNF)治疗帕金森病(PD)的实验价值.方法 PD猴动物模型3只,在无菌条件下,采用MRI引导立体定向技术,在PD猴模型右侧壳核置管输注GDNF.结果所有实验动物置管术后反应良好,在6周的给药期间无不良反应,PD症状明显改善.结论 MRI导引下壳核置管输注GDNF治疗PD猴模型安全、有效. |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the value of MRI in GDNF treating Parkinson disease(PD) monkeys through implanted catheter into the right putamen.Methods Three aged of female rhesus monkeys,by using stereotactic procedures guided by magnetic resonance imaging under sterile field conditions,a catheter was stereotactically implanted into the right putamen and delivery GDNF to treat PD monkeys.Results All animals recovered without incident after surgery,and no adverse events were observed during the 6-week infusion perio... |
