| 摘 要： | 本文对20例肺心病合并肺感染及呼吸衰竭者,分别测定TXA_2,PGI_2,血气分析,并用Gomez公式计算出肺动脉压,同时与肺心病肺感染无呼吸衰竭者及单纯肺感染者对照。结论为:TXA_2,PGI_2在肺心病呼吸衰竭组最高,肺心病肺感染组次之,单纯肺感染组最低。随着病情好转,逐步下降。TXA_2和PGI_2与肺动脉高压呈正相关,在呼吸衰竭时,可以作为间接测定肺动脉高压的一项指标。 |

| Abstract: | TXA_2, PGI_2, blood gas analysis and pulmonary artery pressure with Gomez For-mula of 20 patients with Cor Pulmonale with respiratory failure and compared withCor Pulmonale without respiratory failure and Pulmonary infection. were reported. It could be concluded that: TXA_2 and PGI_2 levels were related to pulmonary in-fection. They were the highest in Cor Pulmonale with respiratory failure, and higherin Cor Pulmonale without respiratory failure. TXA_2 and PGI_2 were also related topulmonary artery pressure. It is a simple method to test pulmonary artery pressurewith respiratory failure. |
