| 摘 要： | 目的：观察吉西他滨（健择，gemcitabine)联合顺铂（cisplatin,DDP)治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效。方法：20例患者采用GP方案：健择1000mg/m^2，第1，8天，顺铂（DDP）70mg/m^2第1天，21天为1周期。结果：20例中无1例达完全缓解（CR），部分缓解（PR）为45％（9／20），结论：W总领事在铂对晚期非小细胞肺癌有较好的疗效，且毒副反应可接受。 |

| Abstract: | Purpose:To observe the therapeutic effects of gemcitabine plus cisplatin (DDP) for the treatment of non small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).Methods:20 cases were treated with gemcitabine and cisplatin.Results:The complete response rate was zero, and partial response rate was 45%. Conclusions:GP regimen is effective for treating non small cell lung cancer. [ |
