42例横纹肌肉瘤的病理电镜及免疫组织化学观察

本文报道横纹肌肉瘤42例,男26例,女16例。发病高峰为10岁以前。对30例原诊断为横纹肌肉瘤及9例诊断本病有争议者,做了肌红蛋白抗血清免疫组织化学(ABC法)染色观察,3例做了电镜观察。证实以上方法对判断横纹肌肉瘤具有特异性。根椐我们的研究并结合文献复习对横纹肌肉瘤组织学分类补充了未分化型和高分化型二个亚型。

A PATHOLOGIC,ELECTROMICROSCOPIC AND IMMUNOHISTOCHEMICAL STUDY ON 42 CASES OF RHABDOMYOSARCOMA

Our observation of 42 cases(male 26, female 16)of rhabdomyosarcoma showed that the peak of incidence was in the first decade of life. The immunohistochemical study of myoglobin(ABC method)was performed on 30 cases diagnosed as having rhabdomyosarcoma and 9 cases suspected of having the tumor and 3 cases were studied with electron microscopy. we coneluce that the these two techniques are significant for differential diagnosis of rhabdomyosarcoma. The undifferentiated and well differentiated types are suggesed to be added to the histologic classification.
