无痛性肩关节粘连松解术配合电针治疗肩周炎临床观察

目的:观察无痛性肩关节粘连松解术配合电针疗法治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法:纳入的肩周炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各31例。治疗组在无痛性肩关节松解术后第二日加用电针治疗;对照组单用无痛性肩关节松解术治疗。治疗前后采用肩部疼痛和肩关节活动功能评定指标及整体疗效评定指标进行评定并记录。结果:两组在减轻疼痛和改善肩关节功能方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);治疗组总有效率96.77%,对照组总有效率93.55%,两组总有效率之间差异无显著性意义;但两组在治愈率(治疗组48.39%和对照组22.58%)之间差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:无痛性肩关节粘连松解术配合电针和单纯无痛性肩关节粘连松解术治疗肩周炎均为有效方法,但前者在提高治愈率方面优于后者。

THERAPEUTIC EFFECT OF PAINLESS ARTHROLYSIS COMBINED WITH ELECTROACUPUNCTURE FOR SCAPULOHUMERAL PERIARTHRITIS

Objective: To observe therapeutic effects of painless arthrolysis combined with electro-acupuncture for scapulohumeral periarthritis.Methods: All the patients with periarthritis of shoulder joint were randomized in two groups(treatment group and control group,with 31 cases each).The treatment group was treated by painless arthrolysis combined with electroacupuncture and the control group was treated with arthrolysis only.Results: Both groups showed significant(P < 0.001) groups improvement of function and degree of the shoulder pain.The total effective rate was 96.77% in the treatment group and 93.55% in the control group,with no significant intergroup difference,but there was a significant difference between the two groups in the curative rate(48.39% and 22.58% respectively)(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Painless arthrolysis with or without electroacupuncture are effective treatments for scapulohumeral periarthritis,but the treatments group is superior to the control in enhancing the curative rate.
