| 摘 要： | 1例32岁男性患者因肺部感染服用盐酸莫西沙星400 mg、1次/d。服药4 d后,患者出现头晕、视物模糊、复视等症状,颅脑CT检查未见异常。考虑与莫西沙星有关,停用该药。停药3 d后症状无改善,眼部检查示双侧瞳孔等大等圆,对光反射灵敏,左眼球外展障碍,右眼球活动正常;无面瘫及肌肉异常表现。颅部磁共振等辅助检查均未见明显异常。给予甲钴胺、鼠神经生长因子和呋喃硫胺等神经营养药物治疗,患者症状逐渐好转,停药25 d后患者症状完全消失。

| Abstract: | A 32-year-old male patient received moxifloxacin hydrochloride 400 mg orally once daily for lung infection. Four days after medication, the patient developed dizziness, blurred vision, diplopia, etc. Head CT showed no abnormalities. These symptoms were considered to be related to moxifloxacin hydrochloride and the drug was discontinued. Three days later, his symptoms were not improved. Eye examination showed his pupils are equal, round, and sensitive to light; his left eyeball had abduction disorder and right eyeball had normal movement function. The patient had no facial paralysis or muscle abnormalities. Cranial magnetic resonance imaging and other auxiliary examinations showed no obvious abnormalities. Neurotrophic drugs such as mecobalamin, mouse nerve growth factor, and fursultiamine were given, and the patient's symptoms were gradually improved. After 25 days of drug withdrawal, the patient's symptoms completely disappeared. © 2021 Chinese Medical Association |
