随着高等职业教育的快速发展，如何结合高职特色的“2＋1”人才培养模式，针对高职学生特点构建实习学生的管理和教育体系是所有高职院校所必须面对的问题。从实践出发，分析高职实习学生特点和实习管理存在问题，对构建“2＋1”人才培养模式下的实习学生管理体系进行分析和探讨，为同类高职院校的实习学生管理工作提供一定的借鉴。
