| 摘 要： | 作为开展药学服务必不可少的重要文书，药历是药师参与临床合理用药的全面记录和总结。针对目前药学专业本科课程设置存在的缺陷，就适当增设药历的教学内容进行探讨，帮助学生了解药历的作用及格式，掌握药历书写的语言技巧及规范，培养和提升学生的临床思维意识。

| Abstract: | As one of the most important documents for the clinical pharmacists,pharmaceutlcal record is the compre- hensive file and summary of the pharmacist＇s participating in pharmacotherapy. Based on the imparting requirement, the possible reform to give such a course on how to write a pharmaceutical record for the pharmacy undergraduate students is discussed, which will be benefit for the cultivation of comprehension the main content and clinical written skills for self-learning so that the development of systemic clinical thinking will be improved. |
