主动脉-右房分流在StanfordA型主动脉夹层外科治疗中的应用，

目的：总结应用主动脉一右房分流技术减少夹层术后出血的临床疗效和分流手术的技术难点与要点。方法：回顾我院2004年1月-2011年4月在我院治疗的96例StantordA主动脉夹层手术患者，术中预防性应用主动脉一右房分流，总结体外循环时间，术后心包纵隔引流量。结果：全组平均体外循环时间（240．48±63．39）min，心肌阻断时间（149．36±47．28）min,辅助循环时间（80．60土42．69）min，停循环时间（24．20±17．04）min。心包纵隔因流量手术当日（567．38±122．66）ml，第一日（329．21±89．00）ml，术后第二日（。181．63±75．33）ml，术后第三日（148．14±63．81）ml，与对照组比较，差异显著，P〈0．05。主动脉电子束CT提示主动脉根部部分血栓形成。结论：主动脉一右房分流技术操作简单，可明显减少夹层术后出血，减少出血相关并发症，缩短手术时间，降低手术费用。
