化脓性脑膜炎患儿脑脊液丙二醛和一氧化氮水平变化及临床意义

摘    要:目的探讨化脓性脑膜炎患儿脑脊液丙二醛和一氧化氮水平变化及临床意义。方法化脓性脑膜炎患儿51例为观察组(重症组21例,轻症组30例),非化脓性脑膜炎患儿40例为对照组,采用比色法测定观察组急性期和恢复期脑脊液丙二醛和一氧化氮水平,并与对照组进行比较。结果观察组急性期脑脊液丙二醛含量为(5.79±1.33)μmol/L,一氧化氮为(16.36±3.84)μmol/L,与恢复期((2.85±0.64)μmol/L,(8.31±1.99)μmol/L)和对照组((2.52±0.32)μmol/L,(7.27±1.06)μmol/L)比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);急性期重症组丙二醛((7.02±0.86)μmol/L)和一氧化氮((19.90±2.64)μmol/L)水平高于轻症组((4.94±0.84)μmol/L,(13.87±2.26)μmol/L)(P〈0.05),轻症组高于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论丙二醛和一氧化氮参与了化脓性脑膜炎的病理过程,可作为化脓性脑膜炎病情发展及严重程度的判定指标。

Changes and clinical significance of malondiadehyde and nitric oxide in cerebrospinal fluid in children with purulent meningitis

Abstract:Objective To explore the changes and clinical significance of malondiadehyde(MDA)and nitric oxide(NO)in cerebrospinal fluid in children with purulent meningitis. Methods Fifty-one patients with purulent meningitis(observation group)were divided into severe group(n=21)and mild group(n=30).Another 40 patients with nonpurulent meningitis were as controls(group group).The levels of MDA and NO in cerebrospinal fluid were detected by colorimetry in the acute and convalescent stages and were compared with control group.Results The levels of MDA and NO were significantly higher in the acute stage((5.79±1.33),(16.36±3.84)μmol/L)than those in the convalescent stage((2.85±0.64),(8.31±1.99)μmol/L)in observation group and than those in control group((2.52±0.32),(7.27±1.06)μmol/L)((P〈0.05).The levels of MDA and NO in the acute stage were significantly lower in mild group((4.94±0.84),(13.87±2.26)μmol/L)than those in severe group((7.02±0.86),(19.90±2.64)μmol/L),and higher than those in control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion MDA and NO are involved in the pathologic course of purulent meningitis,and can serve as markers for evaluating the development and severity of purulent meningitis.
