| 中药外敷夹板固定治疗桡骨下端骨折疗效观察 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的：在原有治疗桡骨下端骨折方法的基础上完善及提升。方法：利用中药外敷及夹板固定方法专门治疗挠骨远端骨折。49例中，男31例，女18例；年龄20～55岁；病程为3天以内。均有摔伤史，前臂皮肤无破损。x线提示骨折类型柯氏骨折27例，史密斯骨折10例，桡骨茎突骨折12例。结果：患者均得到回访6个月～1年，平均9个月，除1例出现不良反应外，均恢复良好，骨折无畸形成角，再移位出现。结论：中药外敷夹板固定治疗桡骨下端骨折的损伤特点，具有恢复快，副作用小，费用低，有效的加速骨折的愈合。 |
