癌基因c-myc、Ha-ras在人肺鳞状细胞癌中的增强表达

摘    要:本文初步研究了人肺鳞癌中c-myc及Ha-ras癌基因的表达。斑点杂交自显影密度分析的结果表明,人肺鳞癌总RNA中Ha-ras及c-myc基因的mRNA分别是正常人肺组织的32倍及10倍。这两种基因表达的增加在人肺恶性变中的作用,尚有待深入研究。

Abstract:Expression of c-myc and Ha-ras oncogenes was investigated preliminiarily in human squamous lung cancer. Densitometric analysis of the autoradiographic signal from dot blots indicated a 32 and 10 fold increase of the Ha-ras and c-myc mRNA in total RNA of-human squamous lung cancer tissue, respectively, as compared to those of normal, human lung. It remains to be determined whether the elevated expression of c-myc and Ha-ras are involved in the pathogenesis of human squamous lung cancer.
