| 摘 要： | 目的揭示影响医疗费用变化的主要因素及其相互的次序，探索建立合理费用控制机制的有效途径。方法对某三级甲等医院住院构成前十住病种病例的医疗费用进行灰色关联分析。结果住院构成前十住病种中药费是支配医疗费用的首要因素、其后依次为化验费、检查治疗费．床位费、输血费、手术费对医疗费用的影响程度最小。结论控制药费增长是控制医疗费用不合理增长的主要突破口。

| Abstract: | Objective To discover the main affecting factors, and explore the effecting way to control reasonable expenditure. Methods Analysis of the medical fees of the top 10 diseases in rank order of impatient proportions was Grey Correlation.Results Medicine fees was the main affecting factor of the medical fees.Conclusion The key of controlling the medical fees is to reduce the irrational increase of the medicine. |
