| 摘 要： | 目的分析颈前路减压钢板内固定术治疗脊髓型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法对23例脊髓型颈椎病患者行颈前路减压植骨钢板内固定术，并对临床结果进行Odom法疗效评定。结果23例病例均获随访，临床疗效优良率82．6％，平均植骨融合时间12周，植骨融合率100％。结论颈前路减压植骨钢板内固定术治疗脊髓型颈椎病疗效确切，可显著提高植骨融合率，临床疗效满意。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the clinical effect of anterior cervical decompression and interbody fusion with plate fixation on cervical spondylotic myelopathy. MethodsTwenty-three cases of cervical spondylotic myelopathy were treated by anterior cervical decompression and interbody fusion with plate fixation, and the results were evaluated by Odom. ResultsThe cases were all followed up. The excellent and good rate was 82.6 %, the mean time for interbody fusion was 12 weeks and its rate was 100%. Conclusion The surgical method of anterior cervical decompression and interbody fusion with plate fixation can exactly treat the patient of cervical spondylotic myelopathy, and significantly increase the rate of interbody fusion. The clinical effect is good. |
