CD168在胃癌中的表达及临床意义

目的 研究CD168在胃癌组织中的表达及与胃癌临床特征的关系.方法 采用免疫组化SABC法检测92例胃癌组织中CD168的表达情况;根据CD168表达分为阳性组（n=30）和阴性组（n=62）,分析CD168表达与临床病理特征（年龄、性别、组织分化程度、肿瘤浸润深度、淋巴结侵犯、血管侵犯等）的关系.结果 胃癌组织中,CD168蛋白表达阳性率为32%;CD168阳性表达肿瘤浸润深度、淋巴结转移、淋巴管及血管侵犯呈显著相关,生存分析显示：CD168阳性表达组的5年生存率显著低于阴性组（P＜0.05）,多因素回归分析显示：CD168表达阳性、淋巴结侵犯、浸润深度,为影响预后独立的危险因素.结论 CD168阳性表达与胃癌侵袭性及转移相关,并可作为胃癌的预后指标.

Expression and Clinical Significance of CD168 in Gastric Carcinoma

Objective To investigate the correlation of the expression of CD168 and the biological behavior in gastric carcinoma.Methods Immunohistochemical technique SABC method was used to detect the expression of CD168 in 92 cases of gastric carcinoma.According to CD168 positivity,the 92 gastric cancer patients were divided into two groups(30 CD168-positive and 62 CD168-negative patients).The correlation between CD168 expression and clinicopathological factors(age,sex,histology,tumor depth,lymph node status,and vessel invasion) was evaluated according to UICC.Results The rate of detectable cancerous CD168 expression was 32%.CD168 positivity was significantly correlated with the depth of invasion,nodal involvement,and vessel invasion.Survival analysis showed that the CD168-positive group had a significantly higher mortality than the CD168-negative group(P<0.05).Multivariate analysis revealed that CD168 expression was a significant independent prognostic marker after depth of invasion and nodal involvement.Conclusion The expression of CD168 is correlated with the biological behavior of gastric carcinoma,which may play an important role in the genesis and progress of gastric carcinoma and be associated with the prognosis of gastric carcinoma.
