| 摘 要： | 目的探讨系统性护理干预对老年高血压病患者治疗效果的影响。方法选择我院2009年1月至2012年1月高血压患者120例,随机分为实验组与对照组。对照组60例患者接受常规西药治疗。实验组60例患者接受常规西药+系统性护理干预。比较2组患者治疗效果。结果实验组患者治疗的效果明显好于对照组,两组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论系统性护理干预对老年性高血压病患者治疗有效率的提高有促进作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the impact of systematic nursing intervention on treatment of hypertension in the elderly patients. Methods Select 120 cases in our hospital from Jan 2009 to Jan 2012 months in patients with hypertension, were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The 60 patients in the control group received conventional western medicine treatment. The experimental group of 60 patients received routine western medicine and systematic nursing intervention. Compared 2 groups of patients with treatment effect. Results The experimental group patients was significantly better than the control group, the two groups were compared, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Systematic nursing intervention on senile patients with hypertension treatment can promote efficiency. |
