急性牙髓炎一次性根管治疗的临床研究

目的 探讨一次性根管治疗急性牙髓炎的临床疗效.方法 选择我院2009年3月~2012年3月口腔科治疗的急性牙髓炎患者78例,共112颗患牙,分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用一次性根管治疗,对照组采用常规根管治疗方法.治疗后比较术后3、7d的疼痛发生率,术后1、2年的治疗有效率.结果 两组术后3、7d疼痛发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组术后1、2年治疗有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 一次性根管治疗治疗急性牙髓炎痛苦少,治疗效果良好,值得临床推广.

Clinical Study on Acute Pulpitis with Single-visit Root Canal Treatment

Objective To explore the clinical therapeutic effects of acute pulpitis with single-visit root canal treatment.Methods 78 cases of total 112 teeth from the Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Medical College,between March 2009 and March 2012,were enrolled in this study.They were randomly divided into 2 groups according to numerical table.Conventional methods was used in the control group and single-visit root canal treatment was used in the observation group.The incidence rate of pain and effectual rate of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The pain rate of 3day and 7day were no difference between the two groups(P﹥0.05);The total effective rate of 1 year and 2 year were a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Single-visit root canal treatment has advantages of simple,fast and little painful to the acute pulpitis in patients.Therefore,it is highly recommended and popularized.
